Hazardous waste is any type of waste that is harmful to human health, or to the environment, either immediately or over an extended period of time. As a result of the risks these wastes can pose, all hazardous wastes must be disposed of at a correctly licensed facility.
Canford Recycling Centre is a fully licensed facility that is able to accept a complete range of hazardous wastes.

Specialist containers
If required, we are able to provide a choice of containers that are suitable for storing and transpoting hazardous waste. Examples include drums, IBCs, hazardous waste boxes, enclosed skips and roro (rollonoff) containers.
Hazardous waste collection service
We can arrange a collection service if you are unable to transport your Hazardous Waste to Canford Recycling Centre. For more information, please call 01202 331560.
Booking in your waste
To dispose of hazardous waste at Canford Recycling Centre a consignment note to be completed. To avoid any delays we request that all hazardous waste disposals are pre-booked prior to arrival at Canford Recycling Centre.
